Pedrena Senior Apartments are part of the City of Las Cruces Affordable Housing Investment Strategy. The affordable housing complex will consist of 80-units. 44-one bedroom, one bath and 36- two bedroom, two bath. Caliper Construction is currently working on electrical distribution for this stage of the project.
