The Pedrena Senior Apartments, an 80-unit affordable housing complex for residents aged 55 and older, has officially completed construction and is now serving the Las Cruces community. Located at the corner of East Farney Lane and El Paseo Road, the $26.5 million development held its official ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 30, 2025. Pedrena offers purposefully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments with in-unit amenities and an array of community features, including a fitness room, library, solarium, dog park, and common meeting spaces.
